We have created this On-Demand Social Media training modules for you, the HR and Recruitment professional. You will start by learning how to create a social media policy for your organization, the importance of Social Media for HR, and then dive right into social media platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.


How long is each training module?

There are total of Five (5) training modules and each training module is anywhere from 60-75 minutes in duration.


What level of Social Media experience do i need?

Our training modules are created for professionals at all skill levels. If you're new to Social Media then you will learn a step-by-step approach to social media for your industry. If you've some experience with social media then you will walk away with some great nuggets from each module.


What if i have questions after the workshop?

Sure. We have created a special Q&A area just for you. You can ask a question in our member's only section of our site.


Do i need to download any training videos?

Nope. You do not need to download any videos as all our videos are web based. All you do is simply login into our site and start watching the videos.


Are your training modules approved by HR Certification Institute?

Yes, all our training modules are approved by Human Resource Certification Institute for recertification credits. The exact number of credits are listed above as some training modules have 1.0 credit while others have 1.25 credits per training module.


Do i need any special software to watch the training workshop?

No, not at all. All you need is an internet browser (like Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and the like) and an internet connection. Besides internet browser, you would also need Flash installed on your computer to watch our training videos.
